By mere use of the website, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Site. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the local jurisdiction.

  1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) And Other Information

Dev Tatvaa™ limits itself to collect information in order to ensure accurate service. Most of the information we collect is very basic and is needed to complete a purchase or provide a refund. Examples of customer information that may be collected by us include your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, descriptions of the items requested or purchased, language preference, the IP address and operating system of your computer, and the browser type and version being used by you.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on our site. We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. 2. Credit Card, Debit Card and Banking Information

Dev Tatvaa™ does not collect or store Credit Card or Debit Card or any of your banking information as it is directly transmitted through the payment gateway provider to the payment network or bank.

3. Registration

In order to take advantage of some features of the site, you must register and create a member account which is free of any cost. An online registration form may require you to provide information such as your name, email address, and a password.

Your password is a component of our security system. As such, it is your responsibility to protect it. Do not share your password with any third parties. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should change it immediately.

4. Technologies That Allow Us to Customise Your Experience on Dev Tatvaa™

We use various technologies to collect information relating to your visit to our website, such as the Uniform Resource Locater (URL) that referred you to our website, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, etc. This enables us to enhance and customise your experience on our website. 8. How Do We Mutually Benefit from The Personal Information?

       a. Marketing Emails

         In case you choose to leave your email address with us we would deliver you information through emails such as our newsletters, surveys or other email messages containing product and event information, cosmetics tips or promotions. If at any time you decide that you would not like to receive these emails, you may select the 'Unsubscribe' link on the email or edit your information and consent to receive email and other communication in the 'Profile' section for registered users.

       b. Text Messages

         If you have chosen to leave your mobile phone number with us, you may receive text message/SMS alerts containing product and event information, cosmetics tips or promotions on your mobile phone. Please note that we will never send you any unsolicited text message on your mobile phone. Dev Tatvaa™ does not charge any fee for you to receive any text message from us. However, your mobile service provider may charge you for sending and/or receiving text messages and &air-time, as well as any other standard applicable rates charged by your mobile service provider.

       c. Telephone Calls

         If you have chosen to leave your mobile phone number on our website, you may receive phone calls containing product and event information, cosmetics tips or promotions on your mobile phone.

       d. Communications to Serve You

         If you have chosen to provide us with your contact information, we may provide you with service related announcements by any means, including email, letters and concerning the website or contact you regarding your customer service requests or questions. For example, all registered users will receive a welcoming email to confirm their registration. These types of communications are necessary to serve you, respond to your concerns and to provide the high level of customer service that Dev Tatvaa offers its customers.

       e. Customised Service

         We may use your personal information you have chosen to give us to provide you with customised service and use of our website. For example, we may suggest products that would be of particular interest to you. Such customised information may be conveyed to you by way of emails or text messages/SMS and calls.

       f. Special Events, Questionnaires and Surveys

        On occasion, Dev Tatvaa™ may sponsor special events (such as contests, promotions or other offerings), questionnaires and surveys. There may be specific rules               applicable to these promotions that explain how any personal information you provide will be processed. We strongly suggest you review any applicable rules                   before participating. To the extent any special event, questionnaire or survey is not subject to specific rules, the processing of personal information is governed by this Privacy Policy and the purposes it sets forth.

Occasionally, we may make available a link to a third-party web site. These links will let you leave the portal. The linked sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. We are not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. We provide the links to you only as a convenience. We do not endorse the site or its use or contents.

10. Sharing of Personal Information

We may share personal information with our other corporate entities and affiliates who may use the said information in accordance with this policy to: help detect and prevent identity theft, fraud and other potentially illegal acts; correlate related or multiple accounts to prevent abuse of our services; and to facilitate joint or co-branded services that you request where such services are provided by more than one corporate entity. If you have any objection to such sharing than we request you should not provide us with any information.

We may retain other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf consistent with this Privacy Policy. Examples include webstore management companies, order processing companies, courier companies, data analysis firms, customer support specialists, email vendors, web-hosting companies and fulfilment companies (e.g., companies that coordinate mailings). Such third parties may be provided with access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use such information other than on our behalf and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In addition, in some instances, you may be offered the opportunity to consent to the sharing of your information with a third party such as an event or promotion co-sponsor. We may elect to electronically monitor areas of the portal and may disclose any Content, records, or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the portal; or (iii) to protect our rights or property or the rights of the users, Sponsors, Providers, Licensors, or Merchants.

We are not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring such Content. If notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive Content, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Content from the portal. We may terminate your access, or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licensor, service provider, or us. Because customer service is paramount to our business, we reserve the right to refuse to sell products to you if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to resell the products. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer.

Dev Tatvaa™ website is set up to take immediate online orders through the following modes of payment:

From select banks in India. A full list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases.

Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card), when you make an online transaction using your Credit Card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code.

The Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Razorpay Software Private Ltd.

Payment Security

All transactions at Dev Tatvaa™ are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with Dev Tatvaa™ is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendor, where all payments are processed in real-time, for your security and immediate peace of mind.

You can tell if your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout”, by looking for the padlock icon at the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar of your browser window.

What is a CVV/CVC?

The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4-digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card, in the signature area.

Out of stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled. Dev Tatvaa™ does not back order, that is, we do not accept orders which we cannot fulfil immediately.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on service@devtatvaa.com within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call our Customer Care on +91-9586365566 (Timings: 9:30 am - 5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.

 

Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Vapi, Gujarat by courier.

As per safety protocols while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India and worldwide, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any country at any time if so warranted.

International Shipments

Returns & Refunds

If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with the following details, within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging and can be verified to be damaged/faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed. 

Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you would like to exchange or refund at service@devtatvaa.com with the following details:

Once all the details are received, it would take our team 3 working days to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.

All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the same packaging as it was received in and physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document that states the following:

Please also email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative who you have been in touch with on email.

Once the package is received by our warehouse team the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours. You will then be informed of the new consignment tracking details. 

Please note orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund here.

Dev Tatvaa™ is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Product Quality Related Complaints

In the case of a product quality concern, please send us an email at service@devtatvaa.comwithin 7 days of the date of receipt of the product and with the following details. We shall take 24 to 48 hours to review the email and revert back:

Depending on the nature of the complaint, the conversation with our wellness consultant and his or her analysis of the situation, our customer team representative will then request to have the product sent back to our factory for a quality assessment, the quality report will then be available post 7 working days from receiving the product for quality check.

All products to be shared for inspection must be physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document that states the following:

Please also email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative who you have been in touch with on email.

If the product passes the test and matches the complaint, we shall initiate return/exchange process within 7 days of the consignment being received by our quality inspection team. The overall quality inspection process starting from pick-up to the final response would involve a time period of 3 weeks’ minimum.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of colour that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable

No cash refunds are permitted.
